The Pakleni
or sometimes referred as Paklinski islands are located off the southwest
coast of the island of Hvar, Croatia, opposite the entrance to the Hvar
harbour. Usual local name is Škoji, which means Islands. |

is an island in the Adriatic Sea with an area of 8.36 kmē, 2.7
kilometres off the south coast of the island of Hvar, Croatia, opposite
the settlement of Zavala. The name comes from štedri, meaning charitable
in old Slavonic, because the island offers two deep, well-protected

is a castle in Stari Grad, on the island of Hvar, Croatia. Tvrdalj was
the summer residence of Petar Hektorović, the Croatian poet. During the
16th century, the island of Hvar came under attack from the Ottoman
Turks. |

is a Croatian island in the Adriatic Sea, one of the Paklinski Islands
southwest of Hvar. Jerolim has an area of 0.207 square kilometres, and
its coastline is 2.37 kilometres long. Jerolim island is 5 minutes from
Hvar town by taxi boat. |
